Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at gocampglow.com (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “CampGlow”). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

1.1 Return & Exchange Period: All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

1.2 Return & Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please take photos of the product and email them to our customer service at service@gocampglow.com. After reviewing the photos of your product condition we will decide to return the product to you, we will provide you with the address, please do not return the product without our permission! You will need to send the item back to the address we provide, not to any other address.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective item or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost; If for personal reasons such as not liking the product or suddenly not wanting it, the customer is required to return the product at their own expense.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds may take 2 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

3.2 Refund Conditions: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email to sercice@gocampglow.com and indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange. We will process the exchange as a new order and ship the replacement item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
