2. Shipping Time
The estimated shipping time for our products is 4-10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We do not charge a shipping fee for standard shipping on any of our products. However, any applicable VAT or customs duties will be charged to the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gocampglow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
We are confident that we can’t go wrong with our products, but damage during transportation inevitably happens. So if you find the goods damaged, please take a photo within 48 hours, we will deal with it promptly and send you new goods according to your needs. Contact service@gocampglow.com
8. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the USA.
9. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@gocampglow.com.
